- Should you need to purchase optional parts or extra Greenlite Telemetry Device and Readers for field installations, please call us so we may help you get up and running quickly for your model vending machine.
- The following options are available for your Greenlite solution. Please call us so we can help you with the correct parts for your specific machine.
- Door Switch and Brackets: For alerts when the door is opened outside of normal hours.
- Temperature Sensor: For alerts for temperatures outside the set range.
- Extension Cables: For unique routing or mounting locations.
- Antenna Mounting Bolt Extensions: Facilitates mounting antenna on areas o machine with thick internal bracing.
GREENLITE OPTIONAL PARTS
- Field installations on certain machines may require updating of the vending machine controller software, EPROM or need DEX file reduction. If you need help please call 1-800-833-4411 with the machine model number and type so we can assist you with appropriate updates.
- Greenlite Powered by Cantaloupe Systems devices are extremely reliable, which means that the vast majority of “my device is broken” complaints turn out to be problems with the vending machine itself, its configuration, or its peripherals. We’re happy to help you diagnose the root cause of the problems you’re seeing, even if the root cause turns out to be the machine and not the Greenlite device.
- RMAs are used to replace non-working hardware. Before returning a device, you or your technician should call vendnet while in front of the machine where the problem is occurring. One of our agents will walk you or your technician through a series of troubleshooting steps. Then, if all tests have been exhausted and the device or other hardware is still not working as expected, you will be issued an RMA number you can use to return the device for a replacement.
